Prima Development Group, a real estate developer from Oradea, intends to complete the construction of 640 apartments in Bucharest and Oradea and to expand its presence on the real estate market from the Capital with 3 new projects, which will add up over 2.500 units.

Prima Development Group, the developer of the Boemia Apartments project in the Unirii Square area, has started the construction of the newest residential project in the Timpuri Noi area, which totals 226 apartments, 250 parking spaces, and commercial spaces.

Prima Development Group, a company founded by three associates, bought a five-hectare plot of land on Sisești Boulevard in the Capital, at no. 147-175, and wants to build a residential project with a thousand apartments. Prima Development – the name of the brand under which the development takes place – is owned by Adrian Stoichină, Andrei Moanță, and Ștefan Kopany, the developer of the Prima Residence residential project in Oradea.

A former employee of the real estate consulting company Vitalis Consulting has partnered with two other partners and they want to do together a residential project with 75 apartments in Bucharest, near Unirii Square.
